How to Delete Your Account
Delete from inside the app
- 1 Open Infaith
- 2 Go to Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete Account
- 3 Confirm the deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us:
- → Email: support@infaithlife.com
- → Subject: Account Deletion Request
- → Include: the email address associated with your account
We'll process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email.
✕ What Gets Deleted
- ✕ Profile info (name, email, photo)
- ✕ Saved verses
- ✕ Collections you've created
- ✕ Church selection and preferences
- ✕ Reading history and activity
ℹ What We Retain
- → Anonymized, aggregated usage stats (can't be linked to you)
- → Security/server logs, auto-deleted within 90 days
- → Anything we're legally required to keep
